When you need help...


When you or your family need help, but don't know where to turn, call 2-1-1. Operators are always available to explain available resources in Williams County, including:


Human service agencies
Food and shelter providers
Child care resources
Volunteer opportunities
County and city information
... plus much more.


During a crisis or disaster...


2-1-1 will be used by the Emergency Management Agency in Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams Counties to provide the public with official information following a disaster.

Additionally, our 2-1-1 operators will tell you how to contact resources and programs that can help you get through the emergency.
